About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and a hands-on approach to work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in their career and make an impact within a dynamic, international organization.

• Process vendor invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time.

• Prepare vendor payments while ensuring proper compliance and segregation of duties.

• Reconcile bank statements, including payments made to vendors and employees.

• Match and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

• Support month-end closing and assist senior finance staff with accounting tasks.

Your Profile

• Some initial hands-on experience in accounting is preferred.

• Fluent in English, Dutch and French (written and spoken).

• Work independently with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

• Detail-oriented, trustworthy and a strong team player.

• Familiarity with European or U.S. GAAP is a plus.

• Experience in international or U.S.-based company environments is valued.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
